Shipping fees are non-refundable
If you enter the wrong address and your package is returned, you will be responsible for re-shipment fees.
Processing time is between 1-2 business days.
Shipping is between 3-5 days for all U.S orders
Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm will be processed on Monday, along with weekend orders from Saturday and Sunday
We are not responsible for delays by USPS. Tracking will show delivery status. Please allow 4 additional business days to receive your order before reaching out for an inquiry.
Once an order has been processed, the address can't and won't be changed. PLEASE VERIFY SHIPPING ADDRESS, include correct APT/SUITE #(if applicable) and zip code.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products we have a strict NO RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY on all our products. All sales are final.
Please be sure about your order before completing the purchase. Once an order has been placed, there will be no exchanges, returns, or cancellations.
