ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once order has been placed, there will be no exchanges, returns, or cancellations.

Any fraudulent chargebacks opened after the customer receives product(s) will result in legal actions.

We are not liable for stolen or lost packages. However we will assist you to get in contact with USPS to start an investigation and locate your package if assistance is needed. If there is a chance your package could be stolen from your address please add a delivery signature to your shipping choice at checkout.

If products are damaged during shipping or wrong items sent, we will either replace or refund. We only replace/refund once proof of damages has been submitted to us. You have 2 business days after receiving damaged products to receive refund/replacement from us.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you enter the wrong address and your package is returned, you will be responsible for re-shipment fees. Please verify the correct address when placing the order.

Processing time is between 1-2 business days.

Shipping is between 3-5 business days for all U.S orders.

Orders placed on a Friday after 3 pm will be processed on Monday, along with weekend orders from Saturday and Sunday.

We are not responsible for delays by USPS.USPS tracking will show delivery status. Please allow 4 additional business days to receive your order before reaching out for an inquiry.

Once order has been processed, addresses can't and won't be changed. Please verify the shipping address. Include correct Apt/Suite #(if applicable) and zip code
